Description:

Clark Warranty Central, a division of Clark Service Group, is seeking an Import Warranty Representative to join their growing team. The Import Warranty Representative will assist customers in determining the status of their warranty, providing strategic solutions, and coordinating service with sub-contractors when requests for service fall outside of the Clark Service Group service area. 

We are currently considering applicants for both part-time and full-time positions.


DUTIES:

  • Serve as the first line of communication for import warranty related inquiries via phone and email.
     
  • Answer all incoming customer calls in a timely manner.
     

  • Collect all necessary information from each customer to establish a service request work order.
     

  • Actively listen to and analyze each customer’s issue, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions.
     

  • Proactively communicate maintenance agreement information and service request status to all customers through phone and email.
     

  • Develop business relationships with customers, sub-contracting service companies, and coworkers.
     

  • Research potential sub-contractors for service requests that fall outside of the Clark Service Group service area.
     

  • Coordinate service with approved service sub-contractors.
     

  • Develop and maintain food service industry knowledge and product knowledge for import warranties.
     

  • Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence both within and outside of the company.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
     

  • Ability to communicate with customers through both verbal and written communication.
     

  • Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required.
     

  • Flexibility and adaptability as we continue to grow as a company.
