The Warranty Administrator works remotely with Clark Service Group technicians to determine the warranty status of commercial restaurant equipment while the technicians are onsite at customer locations. This individual is responsible for understanding and ensuring adherence to the warranty procedures of over 200 manufacturers.
Efficiently review and process warranty claims.
Adhere to warranty agreements and company policy.
Work with technicians to verify the warranty status of commercial restaurant equipment while they are onsite.
Audit and research open service tickets from technicians.
Prepare warranty parts for shipment for various manufacturers.
Assist field technicians with questions regarding to warranty processes and requirements.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Efficient data entry skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and ambitious to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience in the food service industry (preferred).
