Clark Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to supervise operations out of our Baltimore branch. The Service Manager ensures customer satisfaction and proper service operations amongst technicians. This position oversees all of the technicians working out of the Baltimore branch.
Manage service operations of the Baltimore branch.
Maintain customer relationships and assist with any service discrepancies.
Answer and assist technicians with any questions they may have.
Attend college career fairs and help acquire top talent in our Service department.
Assist in the training processes and procedures for new technicians.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
Bachelor’s or technical degree (preferred).
At least two years of managerial experience in similar field.
Experience in the food service industry.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to multitask.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
