The Service Coordinator plays a key role in organizing service calls between our technicians and customers in the most effective way possible. This individual must be able to work 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with the occasional weekend.


DUTIES:

  • Handling service inquiries from customers and service technicians.

  • Scheduling repair service for customers based on priorities and customer’s needs.

  • Follow up completed service with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinating the technician’s workload based on call volume and priorities.

  • Tracking status of technician ordered parts.

  • Notifying customers of any delays.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Service Coordinator activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision.

  • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.

  • Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.

  • Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.

  • Must possess verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
