The Purchasing Control Coordinator plays an integral role in the daily business operations of Clark Service Group. The Purchasing Control Coordinator requires a motivated, organized person who is confident, a multi-tasker, responsible, and a critical thinker for expanding our purchasing team.
Enter new products in the computer system.
Compare shop items on the internet.
Proofread work orders and update assigned equipment tracking numbers that are incorrect.
Research new products and companies.
Assist with purchasing functions.
Control inventory maintenance/management.
Adjust inventory in our warehouse management software.
Complete inventory tasks such as running various reports, internal transfers, and part adjustments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active listening, written, and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented and professional.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is required; experience in Microsoft Access is a plus.
