The Purchasing Control Coordinator plays an integral role in the daily business operations of Clark Service Group. The Purchasing Control Coordinator requires a motivated, organized person who is confident, a multi-tasker, responsible, and a critical thinker for expanding our purchasing team.


DUTIES:

  • Enter new products in the computer system.

  • Compare shop items on the internet.

  • Proofread work orders and update assigned equipment tracking numbers that are incorrect.

  • Research new products and companies.

  • Assist with purchasing functions.

  • Control inventory maintenance/management.

  • Adjust inventory in our warehouse management software.

  • Complete inventory tasks such as running various reports, internal transfers, and part adjustments.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Active listening, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Detail oriented and professional.

  • Must have the ability to work independently.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is required; experience in Microsoft Access is a plus.
