The Payroll/Invoice Coordinator will play a vital role in multiple divisions of Clark Service Group. This individual will be responsible for confirming our technicians’ payroll as well as invoicing our customers.


DUTIES:

  • Invoicing customers for multiple divisions.

  • Checking technician payroll.

  • Generating and updating Excel reports.

  • Assisting with various clerical duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.

  • Able to multi-task and do assigned duties simultaneously.

  • Ability to work well with internal and external participants.

  • Must possess verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
