The Payroll/Invoice Coordinator will play a vital role in multiple divisions of Clark Service Group. This individual will be responsible for confirming our technicians’ payroll as well as invoicing our customers.
Invoicing customers for multiple divisions.
Checking technician payroll.
Generating and updating Excel reports.
Assisting with various clerical duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
Able to multi-task and do assigned duties simultaneously.
Ability to work well with internal and external participants.
Must possess verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
