A Year in Review - A Letter From Our President
Twenty-eight years ago, I returned to the family business. We were a small service division with one location in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our team consisted of six technicians and four office employees, including myself.
In 2018, our company added three additional branch locations in Warminster, Pennsylvania; Hanover Township, Pennsylvania; and Tampa, Florida, for a total of five locations and over 180 employees. Our expanded service area includes seven states, with plans to grow in 2019. The dedication, devotion, and collective wisdom of the group that has helped to build this company is truly remarkable, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside them each day.
Over the past year, Clark Service Group has been able to attend and host several notable industry events. The highlights of my year included hosting the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Region 5 Meeting, being awarded the distinction of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Magazine’s Top Achiever: Service Agent, and having all four of my children join the team, bringing with them expertise from each of their fields.
In 2019, we will continue to be uncompromising in our commitment to service in all its forms: to our team members, our customers, and the communities we live and work in.

We are excited to kick-off two new employee recognition programs that recognize the amazing ways our employees go above and beyond each day. Our Board of Directors has committed to expanding our generous benefits package by adding both maternity and paternity leave, standing by our commitment to provide an atmosphere where our employees and their families can thrive. We look forward to continuing to invest in our team by providing ample training opportunities throughout the year, partnering with manufacturers, the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA), ServSafe, and more!

We strive to be your team’s greatest asset and are investing money back into our business where it counts: training our team, expanding our service area, and improving our processes.
Service to OUR COMMUNITY
As a company, we will endeavor to invest in the communities we live and work in through both monetary donations and time served. We will continue to speak at length about the opportunities for gainful employment as a commercial food equipment service technician, offering paid internships, career shadowing, and technician ride-alongs to the community.
