The Marketing Manager will partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans for customers and internal partners. This individual will be charged with leading direct reports, with responsibilities including managing project timelines, overseeing and monitoring work, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, creative team atmosphere.


DUTIES:

  • Work with the Marketing Director to manage the translation of marketing plans into efficient and effective marketing actions, tailored to each target audience in terms of channels and messaging.

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing actions and their contribution towards the organization’s strategy and goals through detailed analytical reports provided to the Marketing Director.

  • Assure an effective usage of resources in order to create the biggest possible impact within budgetary and time constraints.

  • Create and maintain project briefs and timelines.

  • Manage team workflow to ensure timely completion of marketing activities.

  • Incorporate industry/market best practices into new or existing processes.

  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge on current food service industry trends, competitors, and up-to-date marketing best practices.

  • Assist Marketing Director in leading team in content creation across all channels.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing a team.

  • Minimum of three years of marketing experience.

  • Experience building brand, engagement, loyalty, and marketing programs.

  • Experience applying marketing strategies to creative ideas across video, digital, mobile, social, and event marketing.

  • Motivated self-starter with initiative to take independent action.

  • Well organized, flexible, resourceful, and efficient with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Former experience working in the food service industry, including but not limited to restaurant management, serving, bartending, or facilities, preferred.
