Clark Service Group is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Analyst to assist with helpdesk operations and troubleshooting technical issues. This position will be responsible for setting up and installing hardware and software for a growing company of over 200 employees.
Configure, install, and support desktop computers, laptop computers, handheld devices, printers, monitors, portable data storage devices, and other general peripherals.
Work with existing support team and systems administrators to ensure every issue is fully addressed in a timely manner.
Document standard procedures for non-technical personnel.
Assist in developing end user training.
Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
High school diploma or equivalent.
PC, software, and peripheral support experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.
Basic understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
