Clark Service Group is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Analyst to assist with helpdesk operations and troubleshooting technical issues. This position will be responsible for setting up and installing hardware and software for a growing company of over 200 employees.


DUTIES:

  • Configure, install, and support desktop computers, laptop computers, handheld devices, printers, monitors, portable data storage devices, and other general peripherals.

  • Work with existing support team and systems administrators to ensure every issue is fully addressed in a timely manner.

  • Document standard procedures for non-technical personnel.

  • Assist in developing end user training.

  • Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • PC, software, and peripheral support experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in troubleshooting.

  • Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.

  • Basic understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
