Clark Service Group is seeking a Content Specialist to join their Marketing/Creative team. The Content Specialist will assist in the development and implementation of content on the social media channels, websites, and marketing materials of Clark Service Group, Clark Retail Solutions, and Clark Fire Protection.
Monitor activity on the company’s branded social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to social media posts, comments, and inquiries in a timely, informative, appropriate way.
Work with Clark Service Group’s Videographer/Photographer and Graphic Designer to create engaging text, image, and video content for social posts to facilitate potential employee, current employee, and customer engagement.
Develop optimal posting scheduling, considering customer engagement metrics and best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and compile summary reports on data analytics and metrics across all social media platforms.
Think of new ways to create content to engage audiences on social media channels online.
Compose blog posts for the companies’ websites.
Manage a comprehensive social media/marketing calendar for Clark Service Group, Clark Retail Solutions, and Clark Fire Protection.
Copywriting, editing, and proofing.
Travel as necessary.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or other relevant degree required.
Regular, experienced use of social media platforms.
Understanding of social media platform best practices.
Knowledge of the social media scheduling platform, HooteSuite.
Excellent storytelling skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple activities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, including written and interpersonal skills, phone presence, and presentation ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting regular deadlines.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a must.
Willingness to take initiative and ownership in projects is essential.
Familiarity with the commercial food service industry.
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or establishment is a plus.
