The Proactive Maintenance Coordinator is charged with scheduling Proactive Maintenance appointments by calling customers and maintaining technician schedules. This team member plays a key role in customer satisfaction and may be responsible for performing customer follow-ups. Proactive Maintenance Coordinator activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision.


  • Schedule Proactive Maintenance for customers based on customer’s needs.

  • Follow up completed service with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Manage technicians’ workload based on call volume and priorities.

  • Track status of ordered parts.

  • Call customers to schedule service and notify them of any schedule changes.

  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.

  • Support Clark Service Group’s company values of service in its many forms.

  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.


  • Grade 12 graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.

  • Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.

  • Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.

  • Must possess verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
