The Proactive Maintenance Coordinator is charged with scheduling Proactive Maintenance appointments by calling customers and maintaining technician schedules. This team member plays a key role in customer satisfaction and may be responsible for performing customer follow-ups. Proactive Maintenance Coordinator activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision.
Schedule Proactive Maintenance for customers based on customer’s needs.
Follow up completed service with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Manage technicians’ workload based on call volume and priorities.
Track status of ordered parts.
Call customers to schedule service and notify them of any schedule changes.
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.

Grade 12 graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.
Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.
Must possess verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.
