Clark Fire Protection is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be responsible for an array of front-facing duties. This position handles all customer inquiries and coordinates each technician’s schedule to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. A successful candidate for this position must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
Handle all customer calls and inquiries.
Facilitate customer relationships through site visits, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings as appropriate.
Schedule and coordinate inspections based on priorities and customer needs.
Verify technicians’ schedules are ready for the next day.
Stay in constant contact with the customer to notify them of any delays, schedule changes, etc.
Follow up completed inspections with customers, via phone calls or email, to ensure satisfaction.
Update customer spreadsheet with current inspection date.
Process required permits and applications.
Create and send proposals and quotes to customers.
Update and modify monthly customer service accounts for optimal costs effectiveness.
Perform portable inspections for counter sales.
Assist with customer fire extinguisher sales.
Other duties as assigned.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to obtain NFPA-10 certification in servicing and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate.
