The Account Coordinator is an enthusiastic, results-driven individual who serves as the face of Clark Service Group, as they work with our team to provide an unparalleled customer experience. Combining the responsibilities of an Account Executive and a Brand Ambassador, a Clark Service Group Account Coordinator is expected to think strategically and creatively to acquire new accounts and authentically grow current customer relationships. This position does not work on commission.


  • Research potential new customers for assigned service area.

  • Manage customer service issues as they pertain to the position.

  • Facilitate team-based client relationships through site visits, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings as appropriate.

  • Guide Branch Operations Managers through the customer acquisition process, scheduling meetings, completing meeting recaps, and facilitating the flow of information for new customer account set-ups at our corporate office.

  • Represent Clark Service Group at local and national tradeshows. 

  • Manage company membership in relevant professional organizations.

  • Maintain a visible branch calendar of relevant local events such as area restaurant weeks, relevant new business openings, and customer milestones. 

  • Complete weekly customer satisfaction follow-ups as assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Travel as required.

  • Previous experience working in a food service establishment preferred (Ex: server, sous chef, manager).

  • Motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Experience in customer service.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in high-stress situations.

  • Extremely reliable, responsible, and personable.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
