BILLING ADMINISTRATOR: LANCASTER, PA
Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Billing Administrator is responsible for invoicing and payroll for multiple divisions of Clark Service Group.
- Invoicing customers for multiple divisions.
- Checking technician payroll.
- Generating and updating excel reports.
- Assisting with various clerical duties
Grade 12 graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.
Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.
Must possess verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
