Description:

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Billing Administrator is responsible for invoicing and payroll for multiple divisions of Clark Service Group.


DUTIES:

  • Invoicing customers for multiple divisions.
     
  • Checking technician payroll.
     
  • Generating and updating excel reports.
     
  • Assisting with various clerical duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
     

  • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
     

  • Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.
     

  • Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.
     

  • Must possess verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.
     

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
